School Uniforms
Organising school uniforms can be a headache, so let Arden Winch ease that burden by providing a 'complete cycle' solution as part of our Leisure Direct service.
Firstly, we'll need to know what you require. What type of garments are you looking at for your pupils and from which manufacturers (we like to know this to gauge the weights of the garments)? How many of each garment will be required? On which date will you be issuing your school uniforms? Where would you like them to delivered? We would also require a copy of your school's logo, shield or crest, preferably as vectored artwork or as a high resolution image file (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, etc). If you have the original embroidery file, that would be perfect. Then we can get down to the business of providing you with a competitive quote.
A sample of the embroidered artwork will be provided for your approval and any amendments you feel are required will be done and a new sample submitted (all of this completely free of charge). Once approved, we can start the process of getting it placed onto the garments that require them. Having our own in-house embroidery machinery, digitising suite and heat seal facilities, this gives us the edge when putting logos onto school uniforms. Because all logo work is completed in-house, the turnaround is shorter than that of our competitors who would normally subcontract this work out.
For an extra cost, we offer a few optional services for you to consider, that will greatly reduce the hassle for you and provide a smoother transaction.
| SIZING EVENING - We will supply four members of staff to come to your school for an evening and measure up all of your pupils. The main advantages to this service are that the potential for sizing errors is greatly reduced and all the recording of details and collating is done in one evening by us. |
| MAN PACK - We will individually bag, box and label each pupil's uniform ready for despatch to the location(s) you have chosen. |
| DIRECT DELIVERY - If the Man Pack option has been chosen, you then have the option to deliver each pupil's uniform direct to the parents' homes. |
